Butcher Block is a full service meat market offering choice Angus beef, fresh pork and poultry. All meat is hand cut to order per customer specifications. Whether you choose our Angus steaks, Homemade Sausage or old fashion Hoop Cheese you'll feel like you've taken a step back in time, when personal service was just the way things were done.
Butcher Block's beef is hand selected, perfectly aged a minimum of 21 days, and cut on- site to meet all of your menu needs. We offer boneless and bone-in Rib-Eyes, T-Bone and Porterhouse, Beef Tenderloin, Brisket, New York Strips, Sirloin Tip roasts and steaks, Chuck Roast, Stew Beef and Ground Beef.
Our pork is delivered fresh, never frozen. Order your bone-in or boneless
chops just the right thickness for grilling, as well as pork Tenderloin and
Ribs. Top them off with our homemade "Shakey's" sauce for the perfect barbequing
experience. Get a taste from the country with our fresh ground "Homemade
Sausage", Fresh Link sausage, and Dried Link sausage.
Don't be chicken to try fresh poultry! We have leg quarters, boneless breasts, and wings, as well as whole fryers that we'll be glad to cut for you.
